Preparation of color paste. 4. Printing
The discharge printing process is simple. The discharge printing slurry can be directly scraped in the screen and dried (or dried) after printing. It can be used for both cloth and clothing without steaming or pressing. Therefore, it is suitable for round screen, flat screen and technical table screen printing or hand-painted discharge printing. Suitable for factories, workshops and families, it is a printing process with a wide range of applications. After printing, there is no need to dry, but it needs to be placed for a certain time. With the passage of time, the discharge pulp on the printed surface of denim is deeply soaked into indigo yarn, and the placement time is about 10 minutes, which depends on the arrangement standard of denim, capillary effect, and the moisture and permeability of discharge pulp. When discharge pulp is fully soaked into indigo yarn and kept relatively wet, press ironing can achieve excellent discharge effect.
